Tamakoshi Hospital (previously named as Tamakoshi Co-operative Hospital) was formally registered in 5th June 2007 (B.S. 22 Jestha, 2064) at District Administration Office of Ramechhap as social health organization. The hospital has been also affiliated with Social Welfare Council (SWC), formed by government to look after the activities of NGOs & INGOs sector in Nepal. The hospital has obtained approval to run a 15-bed standard hospital in Manthali, Ramechhap from Central Development Regional Directorate, Ministry of Health & Population. The hospital has been upgraded into 25-bed hospital since April 2017.
